Celebrations ahead for Windsor Telecom

Windsor Telecom is marking its 10th anniversary with an Investors in People Award.

The telecommunications company, with offices in Dorset and Surrey, has been praised for its first attempt to achieve national accreditation, and recently held at Farnham Castle.

Anne Dolan, a developer of people in Windsor Telecom, said: “We are absolutely delighted with this outcome and is a timely celebration of our 10th birthday. This award shows how well we invest in our people and at the same time and this benefits our business - is that our clients derive maximum benefits. ”

Investors in People UK accepts that companies strive to improve business performance through good management and staff development. Windsor put forward for the expanded version of the standard, which meant the company received detailed information on the higher levels of evaluation. (more…)
